There's no point in regretting over what is already passed, it's completely ok if you couldn't utilise your time efficiently and couldn't cover your first PUC syllabus or class 11th syllabus , now just stop thinking about it and move on you can you still make it and cover your first PUC syllabus and score good marks in it and coming to Neet preparation then being in class 11 you have decent amount of time and you can definitely prepare well for your neet  for you Neet examination.

* As your 1st puc examination is very close so what you need to do is first go through the chapters and whenever you stuck you can search that topic over internet or you can even get video lectures on YouTube free of cost and that will help you a lot in covering the syllabus in a much lesser time and in a well manner as well with a better understanding

* First of all chapter go to your textbook questions and once you are done with the complete syllabus go through previous year question paper of 1st PUC.

* And don't worry even when you prepare for your first PUC examination then indirectly you prepare for Neet examination as well as Neet syllabus is  nothing but basically the syllabus of your class 11th and 12th for physics chemistry and Biology.

* You can  start practicing MCQs for Neet preparation once you are done your with your first your 1st PUC exam as it is near and it should be your priority at this stage of time.

*set daily goals like I have to cover these many topics today, weekly goals like I have to  cover these chapters this week and  solve their questions too by the end of this week and similarly set monthly goals to cover the syllabus and meet them without any fail.

In your 2nd puc, you can cover your 2nd PUC syllabus and along with that you can prepare for Neet as well following the below tips :-

*Master ncert:- Go well through ncert as at least around 90-95%  questions in neet are based on the  concepts from ncert  ,  go through solved examples and unsolved questions in the ncert , in biology  study all the diagrams also , as diagram based questions are also there , so you need to master NCERT

*After finishing each chapter you should practice questions, you should practise at least 80 to 100 numericals / mcqs in Each chapter.

*Set daily goals like I have to cover these many topics today, weekly goals like I have to  cover these chapters this week and  solve their mcqs too by the end of this week and similarly set monthly goals to cover the syllabus and meet them without any fail.

*You can make short notes for quick revision of important concepts and formulas , keep revising your concepts at regular intervals, like once in a week or 15 days .

* Once done with complete syllabus, go through NEET mock test papers , it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination

And don't worry you will be able to manage between your board exam and Neet examination if you prepare with honesty aa the syllabus is almost same for both the only difference is your board exam are subjective and Neet examination will be objective.
