I have not done my option entry in round 2 what happens now..! Vll i not b eligible for round 3?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry to inform you that you don't have a chance to directly enter the second round of seat allotment without entering the first round of seat allotment. The creation of login credentials like User ID and password is available only in the first round and same login credentials should be used during all rounds of seat allotment. Now it is too late. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
