With BCom you cannot pursue master's degree in Canada, because in order to pursue Master's degree candidates need to have 16 years of education(12 years of schooling along with four years of graduation) which in your case is 15 years, however you can go for post graduate diploma courses in finance, accounting, marketing, business management, analytics etc, you will be required to pass IELTS which is mandatory for English Language proficiency with at least 6.5 band, when it comes to the required aggregate it has be 65% or above from a recognized university.
