Verification of Documents and Registration

Print out of KCET 2019 Application Form.

Proof of Application Fee Payment.

KCET 2019 Admit Card.

SSLC/10th Standard Marks Card.

2nd PUC/12th Standard Marks Card.

Study Certificate Counter signed by the concerned BEO/DDPI.

• Two recent passport size photographs.
  

you don't have application form printout then you can go with the proof of application fee payment then I hope your problem can resolve at that time..
