Hello Praveen
If you reappear for your English exam, then you could apply at DU SOL for B.A. Undergraduate course because the eligibility criteria for admission at SOL is passing marks in qualifying exams.
Even SOL has the criteria that the candidate should pass the language subject. So, it leaves you with no other option than to apply for a reappear exam.
