I want to inform you that need not worry about, you can check that after login with your credentials at cetcell and then can view your application which will be showed on the left side of your screen in laptop or computer and in menu option in your mobile and can check if your application is submitted than need not to worry about and make the payment and proceed further for uploading your documents and then takeout the print of that form.
