You didn't mention your category here.
Your category palys a major role in deciding your chances of getting admission to any course.

Nevertheless, I would like to tell you that your chances of getting admission with this score depend upon the number of candidates that appeared for he entrance and opted for biotechnology. It would only be decided once Jamia millia islamia announces the result for the entrance.

Though the score of 49 is a bit low but I would. Suggest you to wait for the merit list to come.
