You have a great chance to get seat in some NIT'S and IIIT'S . But you cant seat in CSE,ECE branches because of heavy competition for NIT's.

Although you have less chances of getting any nit or Iiit but you can try for last rounds to get some north eastern nits like nit arunachal Pradesh, nit meghalaya, nit Sikkim, nit tripura
Or nits like nit Srinagar. You can get iiits like iiit kalyani, iiit dharwad. You can opt for special round also to get a sit in these colleges.
