You can have decentchances with following GFTis and NITs :

NIT Mizoram
NIT Manipur
NIT sikkim
Assam University.

Cutoffs closing ranks for all above havebeen below 1.5lacs and hence good chances.
For ofher premium NIT and IIITs chances are extremely low.
