I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college like nits or iiits.
Here nits and iiits are reputed government colleges in india so you need high score to get into it.
I m sure thats not your general category rank .
Hence these conditions are applied as this rank is your category rank.

With category rank of 23000 only you can hope for northeast nits under homestate quota .
So either you take part in any other councelling or you can even take drop to prepare for jee 2020.
