Well seeing the opening and closing cut off of OBC category through AIQ its hard for you to get an admission in medical college as the Opening Rank(AIR- MBBS) is 48 and Closing Rank(AIR-MBBS) is 5919. For BDS the Opening Rank is 5805 and the Closing Rank is 10,891. So i would recommend you to try to grab a seat through state qouta admission.
