VIT Vellore campus and VIT Chennai campus are the older ones. They are very reputed and hence have really high cutoffs. Usually, you must have a rank under 50,000 in VITEEE entrance examination.

VIT Bhopal and VIT Amaravati are new campuses of Vellore Institute of Technology College.
So predicting Cutoffs is slightly difficult.
With a rank of approximately 1,00,000 in VITEEE 2019 you surely can get admission into Bhopal campus of Vellore Institute of Technology.
Candidates with rank 125001 to 150000 are eligible for admission in VIT Bhopal only.
So you have chances to get a seat an any one of these two newer campuses.

Cutoffs for popular branch like Computer Science and engineering is still expected to be within 50,000 in VITEEE 2019.
But you definitely have chances of getting some or the other seat if not CSE or ECE.
