Firstly congratulations, on your result that's an appreciable rank. Now coming to your query, with the rank that you have specified, you could easily get a seat in GITAM Hyderabad. As per the closing ranks of the previous years, the cutoff rank was around 20,000. So, with 10,000 rank...you can easily make a way into it.
