Admission to all the Aiims is through  Neet examination only and to be eligible for AIIMS also you need to be eligible for Neet.

Your aggregate in PCB is

= 118
=(118/300*100 )%
=39.3% i.e so you are not eligible for neet examination

This is because,

Neet eligibility  criteria says that,
to be eligible  you must have passed your 12th with English and PCB (pass in both the theory and practical )  with at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB ( in theory +practical) in 12th  examination  if you belong to general category or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /st .

According to the notice of 2020 by the NEET & AIIMS authority ,

eligibility criteria of 12th percentages of PCB  for NEET  are

UR - 50%, OBC/SC/ST - 40%, PWD - 45%

Eligibility criteria of 12th percentages of PCB  for AIIMS  are

General/OBC – 60%, SC /ST – 50% , PwD - 45%
