Hello Sateesh, please be informed that from 2017, IIST is conducting counselling based on JEE(A) marks, and the rank lists are prepared on the basis of how many people attend the physical counselling, so cutoffs vary a lot every year, you can surely try but its not guaranteed that you'll get a seat.
