Hello there,

As per the regulations, the government will give the full fee reimbursement for all the students who secure ranks below 10,000 in common entrance tests and take admissions in convenor quota in the counselling conducted by the government.

Since you have passed the given criteria you are eligible for the full fee reimbursement.
