Hello himaja,
As you secured 1248 rank in the aplawcet it is good when we coming to the cut off of the Andhra University in 5 year llb course it is there is little chance you to get seat in the 5year llb course. There is hope. You can try in the couselling . Hope you get it. We cannot say exactly because the cut off ranks changes every year
