In order to get admission in LPU in B. tech programmes, you have to qualify LPUNEST exam, LPUNEST is a university entrance exam. As per the Eligibility Criteria (Qualifying Exam)
Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST (https://nest.lpu.in/engineering/index.php) .
Engineering school has been ranked 66 th among the top Engineering Universities and colleges LPU of India.
Engineering Programs at LPU are in the same league as BITS Pilani & many of IITs.
As per the world ranking 2022 LPU has been ranked 10th amongst top universities of India in engineering subject

There is no guideline as far as admission on the basis of JEE score is concerned. So the best thing right now would be to take LPUNEST and take admission in the engineering programs. As per my knowledge if you have scored more than or equal to 90% in your previous qualification then you don’t need to give LPUNEST. But in case if you have less than 90% then you have to give LPUNEST. The cut-off of LPUNEST is 30% only but if you want scholarship then you have to score well in LPUNEST. For taking admission if you score 30% in LPUNEST you can take admission easily.
