13575 rank in JEE Mains is really good.
Assuming 2806 is you OBC Category rank.
For OBC Category, ECE at VNIT, Nagpur closed at 3711 rank for the home state category for the first round.
and for the other state category, it closed at around 2650 for the final seventh round.

So, if you are from a state other than Maharashtra, then it would be a little difficult for you to get ECE at VNIT Nagpur
