At first, I would like to congratulate you on successful completion of your VITEEE exam. The cut-off trends keeps changing every year and it depends on the number of students attempting the exam, difficulty level, number of available seats, etc. With a rank near to 13,000, you cannot get a CSE seat in Vellore campus in 1st or 2nd fee categories as the cutoff was 7000 in the year 2016. You can apply for ECE or IT in 1st category itself.
