see it doesn't matter which branch u want to take u can take either of them both are good but campus wise prefer vellore which is electrical. or else if u get IT also u can opt for vellore or else chennai whi h will be ur last option.

Dear friend vit is deemed university you can also get cs or it branch vellore campus but you pay more money around 3 to 3.5lakh.vit vellore main campus is good not vit chennai.

my opinon you civil engg. vit vellore is best for teaching faculty.placement wise not good.some student place core company 30 out 180.
