As you did mention about your category in question, so considering you as a general category candidate, it is very difficult to get seat at government medical colleges for mbbs ,bds, bams,bhms course at 142 marks. You can get admission in private colleges for bds,bhms and bams course.

Sorry to tell you but With 142 marks getting an admission into government college is really very difficult if you are from general category. Because usually cutoff for general categories to get into government medical college is closely around and above 420-450 marks.
