Hello,

Based on your score and this year cutoffs you won't be able to secure seat in government or private medical college but still It would be difficult to tell your exact chances as cutoff varies from year to year depending on various factors such as your home state,category,etc and also cutoff this year are too high.But you do have chances of securing seat in deemed universities so you try for that.
