Congratulations for the rank that you get in AP EAMCET 2020. According to the last some years cut offs sorry to say but you have very less chances in government institutions with this rank for B.Sc in biotechnology or for B Pharmacy.

As you mentioned in the question that is your caste is under EWS so there will be some chances may create with the category. I would also suggest you try for some good private colleges also.
