The following are the variables that the authorities will consider while preparing the MET 2022 cutoff:

%The total number of people who took the exam.
%The total number of seats available in a specific institute or programme.
%Cutoff tendencies from the previous year's MET.

In 2021,
14902 cut off for mechatronics
In 2020,
14902 cut off for same.
14985 in 2019

So, all you can do is wait, or re prepare for better rank. Even if you take all the tests, you can take the Manipal entrance exam three times.
