IIEST Shibpur is one of the top colleges under JOSAA. It is loacted in West Bengal and widely known for its great infrastructure, research facilities, overall environment and placements. Since it is a government college, it is very much cost effective. 

The branches you mentioned above does not exist in IIEST Shibpur. Instead, there is Electrical Engineering and Elecetronics and Telecommunication Engineering. You are very much likely to get both the choices to choose from by the last round of JOSAA. It is a very good choice and will reflect in your overall course and career. Good Luck.
