Yes, if your VITEEE rank is at 18,000, you have a decent chance of getting a seat for EEE (Electrical and Electronics Engineering) at VIT-AP (Amaravati) campus when you attend the counselling, and take into consideration the overall cut-off ranks at VIT-AP for EEE are higher (i.e. easier with lower cut-off ranks) than at VIT Vellore or VIT Chennai, but realize it also depends on available seats and competition that year.
