You can get CSE branch in colleges like Anna University, Tiruchirapally; SSN College of Engineering, PSG University of Technology. 

SSN college of engineering, PSG university of Technology, Alagappa College of Engineering must be possible for ECE branch. 

You do have a c chance of ending up with IT branch in Anna University, Tiruchirapally and SSN college of engineering.
