Its not often easy to get IIIT hyd or banglore at thus score but you can go for IIIT naya raipur

From any institute its not important ,the important thing that require any nit aur iiit colleges is jee marks and where iit college requires 75 percents marks .

So men here no percentage is required for an IIIT college.
Since you are not getting any iiit colllege.afyer seeing your rank.
