Tarun, if you want to study MBBS/BDS/Ayush/Veterinary courses across India, NEET is the entrance examination and the validity of that score is only for 1 academic year. Which means if you have secured 200 in NEET 2019, it can be only used for admissions in 2019 for studying in India. But in case you want to go abroad to study MBBS.BDS in such case, NEET 2019 can be used until 2021 because the validity then increases upto 3 years. But truth be told, 200 is quite a less score for a seat in MBBS even under Management Quota, Tarun. You haven't mentioned your Category but you will need atleast 500 and above if you belong to Reserved Categories and atleast 550 and above if you belong to General Category. This score is lesser for States like Rajasthan, UP, Bihar, Delhi, etc. AIIMS and JIPMER will need more than 625 irrespective of your Category. Even Management Quota Seats that are filled through State Counselling and their remaining seats that are filled through direct Admissions by contacting the College directly provided the Candidate has registered for the respective State Counselling and has not been able to secure a seat in the Counselling, will require more than 200 in NEET. .
