Hope you are doing well. The answer for your question is Yes. You can get a seat for mechanical engineering in Dayanand Sagar College Of Engineering with this rank. Previous year, the cutoff rank for mechanical engineering in DSCE was 27,607. Even this year, it is expected to be the same. I hope you got the point after reading this answer.
