Congrats for a good rank in aeee. With the rank of 2014 you can easily get cse in amrita, bangalore even without state quota. Even you can get any other branches.

But it could be difficult to get scholarship with this rank. The scholarship is given to around 300+ students. The scholarship is basically are 90% to 25% tution fee waver. So your chances are relative to the rank in AEEE, to which campus and branch you are going to apply.
