From previous years cutoff list, seat allotment for ece ends within 12000-13000 rank for OC.
Unless you got any reservation, don't hope for getting ECE in mvgr college. Check the cutoff's of the college for better understanding.. MVGR college eamcet cutoff .  If getting into  MVGR is your main concern, you could still try for other branches.
