Or sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

Let me clear your second doubt of ranking, see as you belongs to SC category so you have SC category rank as well as CRL Rank but your seat allotment will be based upon your category rank and the cut-off/closing rank for your category will be your category rank not CRL rank.
