First of all many many congratulations for your wonderful rank.
As per your question i do understand your situation.
Choosing a right college is not everyones cup of tea.
Since you have secured a rank that is you have successfully qualified the exam i think the answer should be according to you.
Here are two factors:
1) are you willing to spend another year for the preparation and stuff?
2) are you happy with this achievement at the very moment?

If your answer is no for the first question and yes for the second then i think you should go ahead in this direction.
