Cutoff according to TS EAMCET for various universities and colleges depends on various categories such as home state ,other state ,gender and different socio economic groups.

You can download previous 3 years cutoff list from the given link
And compare the cutoff rank according to your category
That will help you to find a suitable college according to you rank!
