Of course ,there is a chance that you will get a seat in the GGSIPU,but the college you will get will be in NCR or the college that you wouldn't want to go.But you will definitely get the college for sure.

There is a very little chance of you getting the college,as i have said earlier even if you get, the college wouldn't be up to expectation .I don't want to disappoint you but you should look for other colleges too.
