As you have secured 24000 OBC category rank in JEE mains 2020 then your overall CRL merit rank must be around more than 80000 and with this much rank there is no chance that you can get any NITs. Now as per your profile I can assume that you belong from Telangana. But even from your home state quota you can't get NIT Warangal.

And as you have mentioned Andhra Pradesh state specifically in your question then also it's unfortunate that you cannot get NIT Andhra Pradesh. Even with this much rank in csab round counselling there is no chance that you can get NIT Andhra Pradesh.
Last year the highest cutoff closing ranks in NIT Andhra Pradesh for OBC candidates on the basis of their CRL rank was - 66212 ( for biotechnology, for home state obc candidates in csab round 2 counselling ). And for other state obc candidates the highest cutoff closing rank on the basis of their crl ranks was - 74748 ( for biotechnology in csab round 2 counselling ).

So, there is no chance that you can get nit andhra pradesh. Also the chances of getting other nits are quite low.
