As you have stated that your rank in IPU CET 2019 in B.Sc Nursing is 2417 and you are a resident of Delhi with OBC reservation.  I would like to tell you that with your rank and obc reservation you can get admission in b.sc nursing.  Few of the college are Bhai Paramanand Institute of Business Studies,Meera Bai Institute of Technology.  But you can only get college in Delhi region in OBC category. So your options will be limited.  I hope this answered your query
