It will be hard for you to take seat at Goa and Hyderabad campus in EEE or ECE stream under 260 marks because cuttoff for these branches will usually lie above 295+ but i think you may get Instrumentation department at Hyderabad / Goa campus so you should try for that. Hope for the best.
