As per the previous year trends, the cutoff for mechanical engineering at birla institute of technology, hyderabad, is about the mark range of 290-300 range.

It has been dropping since the last 2 years too.

So you can expect to get waitlisted on such a score. But there are other branches too and you can change your branch after a year if it is allowed ( ask during the counselling process). The same applies for bits goa although the cutoffs are a bit lower.
