Hope you are doing well.According to your rank it would be difficult for you to get CSE in VIT Vellore or VIT Chennai.But you can try in VIT Bhopal and VIT AP.You can also try different categories-

Category 1 fees - 1,98,000/- per year

Category 2 fees - 2,35,000/- per year

Category 3 fees - 3,48,000/- per year

Category 4 fees - 3,68,000/- per year
