As you mentioned your IPU CET rank is 292 for forensic science...there are less chance to get as...

The total seat available for m.sc forensic science in Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University is around 60 .. from which ..5-9 seat are reserved for ST candidates ..

Other than these reserved seats..othere seats are filled with candidates from other category ( except ST) .. candidates who rank below 100.
