As you have not mentioned your Caste Category, I'm considering it is General Category and giving information based on it. For your AP EAMCET Rank it is difficult to get B.Sc Agriculture seat, based on previous year's Closing Ranks. You can try for seat through counselling or can go for Management quota seat if you can't get seat through counselling.
