Unfortunately, you can't get admission in any medical college as your rank is very low. Please give the exam again and try to score 450+ as you are an OBC to secure a seat for you in MBBS. The lowest cut off in Telengana previous year was around 430 for OBC and the rank was around 1 lakh. As the competition is increasing it may increase next year.
