Yes surely you can get admission in CET, as you have a high rank and reservation too. You can also get top courses like CSE or ECE there. Congratulations on your achievement!
Speaking of seat acceptance, the fee u have to pay to CEE will be 10,000 Rupees which will be later adjusted to your first year fees.
