As you attempted entrance examination of sikkim manipal university and uou  pursued 331 rank in the the sikkim manipal university which is in gangtok in the state sikkim and it is one amoung the top universities in india and you may get seat in the courses like computer science engineering but you have very less chances to get seat in this course but chances are there and you get get seat in the ece, eee,mechanical and civil courses you have more chances to  seat in that university so let us hope for the best and based on engineering stream i said that in which department you may get seat and you have chances to get fee concession also in this university so study well and work hard for the future examinations ALL THE BEST for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.
