Hello Rashmi,

you have got a decent ranking in KCET. But to get a admission in top 10 colleges in  Karnataka. Your rank should be around 20k and less. If you have no good reservation then it is very difficult to secure a seat in top engineering colleges.

If you have reservation like SC,ST rural , agriculture quota then you may have chance in 3rd round.

Otherwise you can try for some other good colleges for your raking. Based on 2020 cut-off some college are listed below which you can get for your CET ranking :-
