If you are a general category candidate then there are no chances for you to get a seat in some government medical college with this score. 

On the other hand you may get some good private college but you have to wait till the mop up round of counselling.

350 is a bit less score and it may not be sufficient for a govt college. And this time we can expect a good rise in the cut offs. So i will suggest you to start your studies for the medical entrance next year. Don't get disheartened. Be calm and focussed.
