As you mentioned that your rank is 35354 under BC-A category there are many Engineering colleges where you can get Mechanical Engineering.But it is a bit difficult to get admission in government engineering colleges.No need to worry there are many private engineering colleges where you can get admission.Some of them are:

1.Mallareddy college of Engineering.

2.Vardhaman college of engineering.

3.TKR college of engineering.
